From Here.
For Here.
Atlanta born and raised, working the same east‑side neighborhoods we grew up in. A small team, a deep bench of programs, and a habit of picking up the phone.
Atlanta Native. Long Game Lender.
Jesse grew up in the east side neighborhoods of Atlanta and Decatur. A background in finance and economics, paired with a genuine love for real estate, made the mortgage industry an easy call.
He started out in wholesale lending — the side of the business most borrowers never see, where you learn how loans actually get built and why they fall apart. He moved to retail for one reason: to help family and friends hit their real estate goals directly, instead of two steps removed from the people at the closing table.
Real estate is one of the great vehicles for building Generational Wealth.
That belief shapes how the work gets done. Jesse builds mortgage plans that dovetail into a client’s larger financial picture — not just the transaction in front of him. The right loan for a 28‑year‑old buying a first condo and the right loan for an investor adding a fourth door are rarely the same product, and neither one is simply “whatever has the lowest rate today.”
From first‑time homebuyers to seasoned investors, clients come back for the unique perspective, thoughtful solutions, and experience — and for the fact that they can get him on the phone.

Housing, tree canopy, and the block itself — the three things Jesse spends his volunteer hours on.
Building and repairing homes alongside the families who will live in them. Homeownership shouldn’t only be reachable for people who already have equity behind them.
Planting and protecting the canopy that makes this city what it is. The shade over an intown street is part of what you’re buying when you buy here.
The neighborhood organization for the community Jesse actually lives in — where decisions about development, green space, and traffic get made.
Meet The Team
You’re not handed off to a call center. These are the people who move your loan from application to keys.
Chelsea has spent nearly five years processing loans in the Atlanta community — but she started out as a YMCA representative and a Wellstar rehabilitation aide. That mediating, caring streak is what eventually led her to Northpointe Bank, where she excelled at managing pipelines and hitting lender benchmarks. She lives in Atlanta with her husband James and their dog, Banjo.
James started his mortgage career as a processor in 2014 and quickly made his mark supporting loan officers and underwriting teams with timely, judicious, accurate work. In 2016 he took on new client‑facing responsibilities while still keeping files aligned with company policy, underwriting guidelines, and program requirements. He lives in Atlanta.
A history in small business management made the mortgage industry a natural fit for Rebekah’s people skills and organizational know‑how. Since entering the field in the summer of 2020 she has leaned into the constant professional growth and the chance to help buyers land their home. First‑timer or seasoned investor, she works to keep the process easy and stress free. She lives in Roswell, Georgia.
Let’s Talk It Through.
